What you are asking for isn’t possible for HTML. You must code it using other programming languages and it’s not something I can simply explain in a few lines nor will I take the time out to seriously code a script like that for you. A simple word of advice is to get rid of the blogspot domain and get your own along with your own webhosting. There are limitations to using a Google blog versus hosting your own material if you are serious about wanting to expand on the coding.
Create a video blog
This cannot be done with HTML. You will need to learn a scripting language such as JavaScript, or more realistically, a programming language like PHP and SQL.
