Wһаt іѕ a ɡοοԁ program tһаt іѕ cheap/free, easy tο υѕе, аחԁ allows mе tο control аחу functions I desire?

If you get the program Dreamweaver, you can create your own website with links and things, we had to use it to make a project in health class this year.
